South Africa has won the Four Nations Inter-Society Challenge 2026 – the annual contest between the Photographic Society of South Africa, the Australian Photographic Society, the Canadian Association for Photographic Art and the Photographic Society of New Zealand – and three of the photographs on the winning South African team came from F-Stop.
Our three on Team PSSA
- Belinda Ueckermann – Entangled in time (Colour) – Honourable Mention
- Michelle Rademeyer – A moment unheld (Colour)
- Arnold Bester – On the ball (Mono)
Each country enters a team of images in four sections – Colour, Mono, Nature and Our Country – and only a handful of South African photographs are chosen for the team. To have three of them from one club, and an honourable mention among them, is a proud moment for F-Stop.
South Africa’s Gold Awards went to Alta Oosthuizen (Colour) and Johan J Botha (Nature).
